George Bogosian has twenty-five years of comprehensive experience in the
building professions. His expertise extends to both new construction and renovation
projects. His expertise includes the full range of knowledge necessary to complete
complex construction projects, including: planning, financing, cost accounting,
structural analysis and project management.
He attended Colorado State University and immediately thereafter began work in
the building industry. He has been past Vice-President and President of the
Southwestern Home Builders Association of New Hampshire. He was Vice-President
of Construction for Community Resource Group of Keene, New Hampshire and is the
President of Big Ocean Builders LLC.
He built the first active solar home in New Hampshire. "Goosebrook House"
incorporated many innovative technologies and development of new construction
details. Big Ocean Builders was the exclusive representative for Timberpeg Post &
Beam homes in southwestern New Hampshire.

techniques are combined with a unique sensitivity to client/customer needs and to the
process of building as it affects the client. His creative thinking and construction
problem-solving are of significant value and are reflected in his work as a builder
